Over the years, I've travelled across four continents, visiting major cities, remote landscapes and places with histories stretching back thousands of years. From the national parks of the American Southwest to the streets of Hanoi, the deserts of Namibia and the shores of the Mediterranean, my journeys have covered a wide range of countries and cultures. This website brings those experiences together, offering a glimpse into the places I've visited and the journey that continues to shape my view of the world.

From crossing the African continent by train to exploring the temples of Cambodia, travelling has given me the chance to experience the world in many different ways. I've watched elephants in the wild, wandered through historic European cities, sailed along the Nile and explored landscapes shaped by volcanoes, glaciers and vast stretches of desert. Some places are memorable for their scale, others for their everyday life. It's this contrast between destinations that makes looking back on each journey just as interesting as setting off on the next.
